New Neighborhood in Pine Canyon Open for Reservations
Dubbed “Coconino Ridge”, the new neighborhood in the Pine Canyon golf club in Flagstaff, AZ is nestled against the Coconino National Forest. It will include 32 sites, each with options such as 3-car garages and guest bedrooms.
Homes start at $954,800. The deposit for a reservation is $5,000, and the fee is fully refundable. Pine Canyon is offering incentives for early purchasers, such as HOA dues. Read more about the incentives here.
